Shipping Info: I get enough emails from people about 2 or 3 days after they’ve made their order and the fact is, it takes a while to customize your orders. We will get it to you within the next week or so. We do keep track of all of our shipments so we know when they’ve arrived their location, unpredictable weather will also cause a Delay.
Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order to return product. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in perfect condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of delivery.
